You will need:
- tofu block (500 grams);
- 2 lemons;
- herbs (I used oregano and coriander);
- garlic powder;
- chickpea or rice flour;
- olive oil.
Start by washing the tofu block and cut it into cubes. Place the cubes to marinate in lemon juice and some aromatic herbs, for about 20 minutes. Prepare a container with chickpea flour, herbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Preheat your oven to 220 ° C. Prepare a dish or a baking tray that can go in the oven. Put a little of olive oil in this container (you don’t need to put olive oil I just like the taste and it becomes more crunchy). Sprinkle the already marinated tofu cubes in the flour with the remaining ingredients until completely covered, and place them in the baking dish.
Let them cook for about 15/20 minutes, turn them over and put them back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Done! To accompany I cooked corn pasta with asian vegetables, seeds and rice cream.
P.S. As you can see from the photos I got a better result using the rice flour, however, the two versions were delicious
