Execution time: 45 minutes
You will need (2 people):
- 4 large mushrooms;
- vegan cheese;
- garlic powder.
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
Start by washing the mushrooms. Break the tofu into several pieces and undo them with your hand, as if it was minced meat.
Place the mushrooms in a baking tray. Start filling the mushrooms with crumbled tofu. When the mushrooms are already stuffed, season them with lemon juice (do not be afraid of the amount, the purpose is tofu to absorb the lemon juice), curry and garlic powder.
As soon as the tofu is seasoned, place the cheese (grated or sliced).
Place the tray with the mushrooms in the oven. It will take about 20/30 minutes, depending on the oven.
Once the mushrooms are ready, put a little of olive oil on top. It’s ready!
