There are many recipes for vegetarian burgers (beans, beans, quinoa, etc.). This is one that we use to do and it works quite well. These burgers are loaded with flavor so, in my opinion, they don’t need any kind of sauce, it’s eating and enjoying 😀 Let’s see the recipe? Keep reading.
You will need (for 8 burgers):
- 3 tablespoons of rice flour;
- 1/2 of a large can of red beans;
- 1 carrot;
- zest and lemon juice;
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves;
- 6 tablespoons of oat flakes (the instant ones).
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mash until it is a homogeneous paste. With a spoon, put the amount you want in a non stick pan and spread it, forming the burgers. Turn them until crisp.
