Potato gratin

One day I got home, after the gym, and it smelled so good! My mother had made a delicious vegan potato gratin. Obviously I’ve already repeated the recipe and I have to admit, there’s no way to get bored 😀 Let’s try? 🙂

You will need:

  • Big potatoes (I used 7/8);
  • 2 packs of rice cream;
  • salt;
  • cayenne pepper;
  • nutmeg;
  • garlic powder;
  • vegan cheese (I used the one from Vegan Deli, mozzarella). 

Let’s start!

Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and wash well. In a bowl, add the seasonings and mix with your hands until well mixed.

Put some rice cream in the bottom of the container (to prevent the potatoes from sticking). Spread the potato slices. Put the cream of rice and finally the slices of vegan cheese.

Put it in the oven and let it cook for about 50 minutes. It’s ready! Hope you enjoyed, kiss! *
