Here is a dessert or even snack, super easy to make, tasty and light. Unfortunately the pictures can not demonstrate how tasty this recipe is! ♡
Time needed: 45 minutes
You will need:
- 6 pears;
- 1 lemon;
- cinnamon powder;
- 30 grams of rice flour;
- 150 grams of gluten free oats;
- 50 grams of ground almond;
- 80 grams of brown sugar or coconut sugar;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
Peel the pears, cut them into cubes and place them in a bowl that can go to the oven. Add zest and lemon juice, cinnamon and raisins. Stir gently until well blended.
Apart, mix the flour, sugar, oats, almonds and olive oil until the mixture is granulated.
Spread the granulated mixture over the pears and bake until golden (20/30 minutes). It’s ready!
