Do you know those recipes that you think you won’t like it but then you try to make and taste it and, after all, you love it? Yup, it happened to me. The golden milk is super anti-inflammatory, helps in digestion and strenghtens the immune system. It’s perfect for this time of the year, to drink on cool nights or mornings 🙂
You will need (serves one mug):
- vegetable milk (I used rice milk);
- 1 tsp of cinnamon;
- 1 pinch of pepper;
- 1-2 tsp of turmeric;
- 1/2 tsp of ginger powder;
- agave (optional).
Put the vegetable milk in a small pan and let it heat. Add the spices. Stir regularly until the milk is almost boiling. If you like, add the agave and stir again.
