Crunchy cornflakes with black chocolate

Hello everyone! 🙂 Today I bring you a sweet recipe that we usually do for ourselves and to offer! Just make these crunchy cornflakes and wrap them in beautiful packaging and they turn into a great gift 🙂 Again, gluten free, no added sugar (except the dark chocolate) and dairy products free. Ah, and most importantly, it is done in an instant! 😉 Let’s try? Keep reading to see the recipe.

You will need:

  • 200 grams of sugar and gluten free cornflakes;
  • 3 dark chocolate tablets (3 x 100 grams);
  • agave or rice/corn syrup (if you don’t like the taste of dark chocolate);
  • coconut shavings, almonds or another ingredient to put on top of the crunchy cornflakes.


Let’s start!

Start by melting the chocolate in a water bath. In a bowl, place the cornflakes and put the melted chocolate. Mix well, avoiding the chocolate solidify before it is well mixed – if necessary place the container with the mixture on top of the water bath. With a spoon put the desired amount of cornflakes in cupcake forms (paper or silicone). Let it cool for a few hours and it’s done! 🙂

If you want to decorate or add another ingredient like cinnamon, coconut or nuts, add them while the chocolate has not yet solidified.
