You will need:
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar;
- 1 cinnamon stick;
- 40 grams of corn starch;
- 6 dl of vegetable milk;
- lemon peel.
Boil the milk with the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick. Turn off the heat and let the milk cool down until it is warm.
In a bowl, mix the coconut sugar with the starch and the warm milk.
Cook it again, stirring until boiling. Divide the cream milk into little bowls and let it cool.
Before serving, put some sugar on top and burn with a blow torch.
