Hello! Today I got into the kitchen and I finally decided to make granola, based on some recipes that I found. I don’t know about you, but many granolas for sale are loaded with sugar, making it imperative for us to make our granola.

Unfortunately I have been sick, which means super tired, not wanting to do anything … In these last days, I have also been a little stressed. Fortunately, since I got into this adventure of eating in a healthier way, I discovered that getting into the kitchen, trying new recipes and listening to calm music has an extremely relaxing effect on me
You will need:
- 300 grams of gluten freeoat flakes;
- 80 grams of nuts (I used hazelnut, almond, cashew and walnut);
- 30 grams of grated coconut (if you don’t like it you can trade for sultanas);
- 20 grams of seeds (I used sunflower seeds);
- 20 grams of cocoa powder (cocoa not chocolate);
- 2/3 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (I used agave);
- 20 grams of coconut oil;
- 4 squares of dark chocolate (> 75% of cocoa).
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees.
Weigh all the ingredients. Cut the nuts into pieces and put them in a bowl. Add the grated coconut, the seeds and the oat flakes.
Put the coconut oil, cocoa powder and agave in a cooking pot, on low heat until homogeneous.
Place this homogenous mixture over the nuts mixture and mix well.
Place the granola in trays (if necessary put parchment paper) and leave in the oven for 20 minutes.
While you wait, break the chocolate squares into small pieces, turning them into “chips”.
Attention: You must go stirring to avoid burning.
Once it is ready, let it cool, place the chocolate chips and store it in a closed bottle.
