Chickpeas stew

Recipe created by my mother and very well received here at home! Well seasoned, full of vegetables, colorful and healthy, of course 🙂 Ready for a stew? Here it goes!

You will need (serves 4):

  • 4 carrots;
  • peas;
  • chickpeas (one big can);
  • corn;
  • tomate pulp;
  • 1 onion;
  • coriander;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • cumin;
  • white wine. 

Let’s start!

Wash well all the vegetables. Cut the carrots, onion and courgette  into bits. Saute the onion with olive oil. Once it is golden, add the vegetables, the chickpeas and the corn. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and a little of white wine. Add the tomato pulp. Stir well and let it cook.
Once everything is cooked, place on a plate or bowl, and place the coriander on the top. It is ready!
