Everyone has heard about hummus at least once in their life. Some people like it and some people devour it, because it’s so good and healthy 🙂 So here’s the recipe! Try it, believe me you will love it 🙂
You will need:
- 400 grams of cooked chickpeas;
- Juice from 1/2 lemon;
- 1 tsp of paprika;
- Salt;
- Olive oil (20 grams);
- Parsley;
- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder;
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper powder;
- 3 tbsp of tahini;
- 2 garlic cloves.
Let’s start!
In a blender put the chickpeas, garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, pepper, cumin, paprika, salt and the olive oil. Mash until homogeneous.
Place in a bowl and garnish with parsley, a little of olive oil and paprika.
