Carrot and Apple Cookies

Hello everyone! Here is another recipe for super healthy and delicious cookies that can be taken everywhere. Hope you like it 🙂 

This is another recipe converted from an omnivorous one. These cookies are full of flavor, moist and quite satiating. This is another suggestion for a healthy snack, such as the banana and oat bars. Let’s try it? 

Time needed: 50 minutes

You will need:

  • 270 grams of oat flakes;
  • 3 ripe bananas;
  • 250 grams of apple;
  • 300 grams of carrot;
  • 150 grams of raisins;
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter;
  • 3 tablespoons of agave syrup;
  • 3 teaspoons of cinnamon.

Let’s start!

Preheat your oven to 180ºC. Line a large tray with parchment paper.

Shred, on a processor, apples and carrots, peeled and chopped.

Apart, crush the bananas. Add the apples and carrots, oat flakes, peanut butter, raisins, agave and cinnamon.

Mix well and with a tablespoon put the dough on the tray, shaped like a cookie.

Bake it for 30 minutes. They are ready! I prefer that my cookies were higher rather than splayed.
