One of my favorite and practical snacks! Just wrap up a few bars and I can leave my house without thinking about what to eat if I get hungry Super tasty, full of good and healthy things. The best part is that you can easily change the ingredients, creating lots of different bars. Let’s see the recipe? Keep reading.
You will need: (17 bars)
- 3 ripe bananas;
- 200 grams of raisins;
- 3 cups of oat flakes (gluten-free);
- 1/2 cup of seeds (I used sunflower seeds);
- coconut shavings;
- 3 tablespoons of agave.
Preheat your oven to 180° C.
Start by smashing the bananas with a fork. In a bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Add the smashed bananas to the mixture and mix again until the ingredients are well blended.
Place parchment paper in a square tray and place the mixture in it. Spread the mixture evenly with a spoon. Put it in the oven and let it cook for 30 minutes.
Once it is done, let it cool and cut into rectangles. Store in tightly closed boxes in the refrigerator. The bars last a lot of days
Tip: you can exchange the banana for plum or apricot and vary in the seeds and spices.
