Apple pudding

Hello! I adapted another recipe and I really liked the result! It does not take long and is a great recipe to use a considerable amount of apples! Hope you like it 🙂

You will need:

  • 500 grams of apple;
  • 2 tbsp of coconut sugar;
  • 60 grams of corn starch;
  • 3,5 dl of vegetal milk;
  • 3 linseed eggs (3 tbsp of grounded linseed + 9 tbsp of water);
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon;
  • cinnamon powder;
  • coconut oil. 

Let’s start!

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Peel and cut the apples into cubes and add the lemon juice and zest and the cinnamon. With the coconut oil, grease the container, and put the apples into pieces.

Prepare the linseed eggs  and add them to the sugar, corn starch and vegetable milk, stirring well. Cover the apple with this mixture and bake for 40/50 minutes.

It’s ready!

Tip: You can add raisins to add more color and flavor to this dessert 🙂
