You will need (serves 8):
- 1 apple;
- 1 cup of chickpea flour;
- 2 linseed “eggs” (1 tablespoon of linseed flour to 3 tablepoons of water);
- corn syrup or another sweetener;
- lemon zest;
- cloves powder.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Grate the apple place in a container. Add the other ingredients and mix well, with the hands or using a spoon. The amount of sweetener will depend on how sweet you want it to be 🙂
Choose an oven tray and put on parchment paper. Make small portions (disks) from your mixture, forming “pataniscas”.
Let it cook for 15 minutes and turn them until they’re golden.
Tip: Why not add sultanas? I’ll try it for the next one 😀
I hope you have enjoyed it and try this healthy snack!
